Here you will find the most frequently asked questions about our services:

What is an assessment visit?

A member of our team systematically comes to your home in order to jointly assess your needs and thus best meet your expectations.

Your needs and expectations are specific. Therefore, only a visit to your home allows an accurate assessment.

In the event of a discharge from hospitalization, we come to the hospital to meet you.

Is the assessment visit free?

Yes, totally.

If the nurse or caregiver is sick, what happens?

We ensure the continuity of our services in all our activities. The caregiver will therefore be replaced.

However, we will sometimes be obliged to suggest amendments concerning the day or time of the service.

Is it possible to modify the intervention schedule in the event of absence?

In case of absence, we ask you to tell us at least 7 days before the planned date of intervention.

We are away for several periods of the year, can we suspend interventions?

Yes, it is quite possible.

What is the cost of the various services offered?

Only our home assistance service is at your expense.

All our other activities (hygiene care, specialized Alzheimer's team and nursing care) are carried out on medical prescription and are covered by the Caisse des Francais de l'Etrangers.

How to finance the cost of the service?

There are several financing mechanisms possible.

We can also help you in the preparation of administrative files.

Where do you operate in Thailand?

Our home help service operates in the region of Bangkok, Phuket, Chiang Mai and Pattaya.

One of my relatives, a beneficiary of your services, has just been hospitalized. What should I do?

We ask you to contact our service on +66 (0)6 11 727 988 so that we can do the necessary to suspend our interventions as quickly as possible.

What is the qualification of the people who intervene at home?

We pay particular attention to the recruitment of qualified employees to give our beneficiaries complete satisfaction with the quality of services.

All our nurses received their nursing diploma issued by the State, at the end of their 3 years of theoretical studies and practical internships in a nursing training institute approved by the Ministry of Health of the Kingdom of Thailand.
